I have compared the files found on a clean OS X 10.7 install (that does not include Java) and those found in that package, and they are all present and moreover, are identical in every way (v14.0.3). NAPS2 is not available for Mac but there are some alternatives that runs on macOS with similar functionality. There are two packages that are found in the Java for Mac OS X 10.7 dmg, JavaEssentials and JavaForMacOSX107. Apple is currently warning developers that Java might not be bundled with Mac OS X Lion. Then either Apple didn’t think this through or it used it as a negotiation tactic. Then transfer the file to your Mac and run it from there.
